Welcome to Grayrock Ready Mix. By accessing our website and/or requesting a quote or service from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
Grayrock Ready Mix provides ready-mix concrete and related delivery services. All quotes provided through our website are estimates and are subject to final site inspection and confirmation of project details.
2. Quotations and Pricing
All quotes are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated.
Final pricing may change based on actual volume delivered, waiting times at the site, or specific additives requested upon delivery.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors caused by technical glitches on the website.
3. Delivery and Site Access
Access: The customer is responsible for providing clear and safe access for heavy concrete trucks. Grayrock Ready Mix is not liable for damage to sidewalks, driveways, or underground utilities (e.g., septic lines, pipes) caused by the weight of the delivery vehicle.
Wait Times: Standard unloading time is included in your quote. Excess unloading time may result in additional “waiting time” charges.
Property Damage: Grayrock Ready Mix is not responsible for any damage occurring inside the curb line unless caused by gross negligence of our staff.
4. Product Quality and Liability
Concrete is a perishable product. Once the concrete is discharged into the customer’s forms or onto the ground, the customer assumes full responsibility for the product.
We are not liable for cracks, scaling, or color variations, as these are often caused by weather conditions, subgrade preparation, or improper finishing/curing by the customer or third-party contractors.
If a customer requests the addition of water to the mix on-site, Grayrock Ready Mix is released from any liability regarding the concrete’s strength or durability.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made after the truck has been loaded will result in a full charge for the concrete and delivery fee.
6. Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including text, logos, and images, is the property of Grayrock Ready Mix and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grayrock Ready Mix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Grayrock Ready Mix is registered.
